From the first visit to handover, we agree the scope, planning and communication before work begins.

The Steps
Step 2: Site Visit
We come to the property, have a look, and talk through what you want to achieve. No pressure, no sales pitch. We ask questions, take measurements, and make notes. This visit is free.
Quote and Planning
Step 3: Written Quote
After the site visit, we prepare a written quote that explains the scope, materials, exclusions and any items that still need a decision. The time needed depends on the detail of the work.
Step 4: Agree and Schedule
If you want to go ahead, we agree on a start date and a rough timeline. For properties where the owners are not on-site, we handle coordination with the building community or neighbours where needed.
The Work and Handover
Step 5: The Work
We show up on time and work clean. We send progress updates - photos, short messages - so you always know what is happening, even if you are not there. If something unexpected comes up during the job, we tell you straight away and agree on the next step before continuing.
Step 6: Handover
At handover, review the agreed work with Jeffrey and discuss any remaining points. Keep the written scope and the care instructions for the finishes together, so the next steps are clear.
What We Handle
We manage the full process - materials, logistics, and the specialist trades (electrician, plumber, tiler) when they are needed. We work on apartments, townhouses, villas, and commercial spaces across Málaga, Marbella, Fuengirola, Benalmádena, and Torremolinos. We speak Dutch, English, and Spanish.
