How a Renovation Works — From First Call to Finished Project
Renovating a property you do not live in full-time, in a country where you do not speak the language, can feel like a lot. The goal of this page is to explain exactly how we work, step by step, so there are no unknowns going in.
The Steps
You reach out — by email, WhatsApp, or phone. Tell us roughly what you want to do and where the property is. We will confirm whether it is in our area and arrange a time to come and see the space.
Step 1: First Contact
Step 2: Site Visit
We come to the property, have a look, and talk through what you want to achieve. No pressure, no sales pitch. We ask questions, take measurements, and make notes. This visit is free.
Quote and Planning
Within a few days you get a written quote that breaks down the work clearly. You can read it, ask questions, and take your time. We do not do verbal-only agreements. The quote explains what is included, what is not, and any likely variables.
Step 3: Written Quote
Step 4: Agree and Schedule
If you want to go ahead, we agree on a start date and a rough timeline. For properties where the owners are not on-site, we handle coordination with the building community or neighbours where needed.
The Work and Handover
We show up on time and work clean. We send progress updates — photos, short messages — so you always know what is happening, even if you are not there. If something unexpected comes up during the job, we tell you straight away and agree on the next step before continuing.
Step 5: The Work
Step 6: Handover
Feel free to include your background, experiences, and any unique aspects that set your business apart. Highlight your mission, values, and the benefits your customers can expect.
What We Handle
We manage the full process — materials, logistics, and the specialist trades (electrician, plumber, tiler) when they are needed. We work on apartments, townhouses, villas, and commercial spaces across Málaga, Marbella, Fuengirola, Benalmádena, and Torremolinos. We speak Dutch, English, and Spanish.
